I’m currently working with some elite high school volleyball players. With year-round play and college on the horizon, I am doing everything I can to teach my girls about proper nutrition, recovery, and exercise methods. Why? Because I believe that educating athletes and coaches alike can go a long way in reducing injury risk.
A lot of middle and high school coaches don’t have access to or time for reviewing current research and literature regarding sport injuries.
